THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CONTEMPT CASE NO. 615 OF 2014 ORDER:

I do not find any deliberate, willful and wanton disobedience on the part of the respondents in not settling the gratuity amount to the petitioner, in view of the averments contained in page 3 of the counter affidavit filed in this contempt case reflecting that nearly Rs.3.58 lakhs is liable to be recovered from the petitioner and the enquiry for recovery of Rs.2.69 lakhs is in progress. I, hope and trust that the recovery proceedings for this amount of Rs.2.69 lakhs will be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months and based upon the result, if any money becomes due and payable to the petitioner, the same will be settled within 30 days thereafter. Contempt case stands disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any shall also stand closed. No costs. _______________________________________ JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO 24.04.2015 sp
