THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.1570 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home (AP), on instructions, that crime has already been registered vide Cr.No.3/2018 on 25.01.2018, against four persons, namely Sri Ganta Lakshmi Narasimhulu, Sri Venkateswarlu Valluru, Sri Venkateswarlu Ganta and Sri Maheswara Rao Koochi for the alleged offences under Section 324 r/w 34 IPC on the file of the Kondapuram Police Station, SPSR Nellore District and investigation has been taken up.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
