This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the interim order passed in W.P.No.12856 of 2017 dated 13.04.2017. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of withdrawal of the main writ petition, nothing survives for consideration in the present Contempt Case. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications pending in this Contempt Case, if any, shall stand closed.
