This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.159 of 2013 on the file of the LMD Colony Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 447, 384, 420, 504 and 506 I.P.C. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that the charge-sheet was already filed in this case and hence nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition.
