THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.37254 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the alleged inaction on the part of the police authorities in taking legal action against respondent Nos.3 to 5 by concluding the investigation in Crime No.18 of 2014 on the file of Central Crime Station, Detective Department, Hyderabad City. Written instructions dated 27.11.2015 were furnished by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Team-IV, Central Crime Station, Detective Department, Hyderabad, to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that upon the petitioner's complaint, Crime No.213 of 2013 was registered on the file of Kachiguda Police Station, Hyderabad. However, the case was transferred to the Central Crime Station and renumbered as Crime No.18 of 2014.

After due investigation, the police authorities opined that no case was made out for further action and accordingly referred it for lack of evidence under their final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. which was filed before the learned XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, under S.R.No.147 of 2015 dated 03.01.2015. Notice was also given to the complainant, the petitioner herein, in this regard. In the light of the aforestated developments, it is for the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedies in accordance with law, if he is aggrieved by the conclusion arrived at by the police authorities upon investigation in Crime No.18 of 2014.

Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
