HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.1862 of 2019 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J)

1) The writ petitioner challenges an auction sale notice issued under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. It is represented by Mr.Nagabushana Rao, learned counsel for the Corporation that the auction failed. Therefore, he stated that nothing survives for adjudication. However, it is contended by Mr.L.Ravichander, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner that the closure of the writ petition should not be taken as shutting the doors for the petitioner to raise the issues.

2) In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. It is open to the petitioner to raise all issues as and when occasion arises before the appropriate forum. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
