This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the docket order dated 08.07.2015 passed in O.S.No.131 of 2012 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court, Sircilla, Karimnagar District. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner present. As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court dismissed the suit as not pressed on 01.05.2018. In view of the dismissal of O.S.No.131 of 2012, the purpose of filing this revision petition became infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
