The Writ Petition is disposed of for nothing to set aside the orders but for postponement of enforcement for six (6) weeks by granting time to pay at least half of the amount on or before 14.05.2018 and the remaining balance meantime.

Any non-payment will entitle to proceed further without any further reference to the Court.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
