Heard the counsel for petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Industries (Telangana) for respondent nos.1 to 3; and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana) for respondent nos.4 and 5.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has submitted an application dt.10.03.2006 to 2nd respondent through 3rd respondent for grant of mining lease, which is pending since 10.03.2016; and the respondents have not considered the same till date. 3.

The petitioner seeks a direction for consideration of the said application as per G.O.Ms.No.4 dt.19.01.2015 and G.O.Ms.No.15 dt.16.03.2016.

The learned Government Pleader for Industries (Telangana) states that respondent nos.2 and 3 will consider the said application dt.10.03.2006 of petitioner in the light of the above G.Os and communicate their decision thereon to petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent nos.2 and 3 to consider petitioner's representation and communicate their decision to petitioner within a period of four (04)
