THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.2328 OF 2017 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the demand notice vide No.2411/ 16/ TAX/ CIR.11/ GHMC/ 2016, dated 07.01.2017. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel placed on record the proceedings dated 30.01.2017, wherein the impugned demand notice dated 07.01.2017 has been withdrawn. In the light of the subsequent developments, the writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly the same is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in the writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
