No.14641 and 14642 of 2025 by correcting the name of the Court as XII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendranagar instead of X Additional District and Sessions Judge at L.B. Nagar.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to an inadvertent error, the name of the Court was incorrectly mentioned in the order. Therefore, he requested the Court to make the necessary correction.

Having regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application, and upon perusal of the record, this application is allowed by correcting the name of the Court XII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendranagar instead of X Additional District and Sessions Judge at L.B. Nagar.

Accordingly, this I.A. is ordered.
