HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.1910 of 2019 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This Writ Petition is filed assailing the sale notice dated 02.01.2019 issued by the Telangana State Financial Corporation under the provisions of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. While so, Sri R.V.Nagabhushana Rao, learned standing counsel for the Corporation, addressed letter dated 25.4.2019 to the Registry stating that after filing of this Writ Petition, the amount due from the petitioner was settled under a One-Time Settlement scheme and accepted by the Corporation. Learned counsel therefore stated that no further orders are required to be passed in this matter as it has become infructuous.

Sri R.Lakshmikanth Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri R.V.Nagabhushana Rao, learned counsel, affirmed this and reiterates the request in person.

In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is closed. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
