When this matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents, in principle, have agreed that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 04.01.2019, in W.P.No.47684 of 2018. In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.47684 of 2018, dated 04.01.2019, and the respondents are directed to extend the minimum time scale of pay to the members of the petitioner Association who are working on outsource basis in non-teaching posts of the 3rd respondent Institutions, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
