This appeal is filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act assailing the judgment and decree dated 07.08.2013 passed in M.V.O.P.No.135 of 2009 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-II Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Srikakulam.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal and a letter was also filed in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
