HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO C.C.No.1906 of 2015 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the orders passed by this Court in WPMP No.20262 of 2015 in WP No.15565 of 2015, dated 04.06.2015.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner has been disposed of by the respondents and hence, no cause survives for adjudication in this contempt case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner, if aggrieved by the order disposing of the representation, can file a fresh writ petition. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
