HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10368 OF 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents in considering the application submitted by the petitioner for regularization of the house site to an extent of 1936 Sq.Yards, bearing D.No.1-5, 1-4/1, 1-4, 1-3 and 1-6 of Dilawarpur Village & Mandal, Nirmal District, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.59, dated 30.12.2014, evenafter long lapse of two years period.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances this Court disposed of WP.No.8277 of 2017 on 10.03.2017 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner dated 05.02.2015, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
