No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned standing counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent brings to the notice of this Court that the issues identical to this case have been decided by a Division Bench of this Court vide its judgment dated 20.01.2011 in W.P.No.122726 and Batch and dismissed the same.

In the light of the above Judgment, this writ petition does not survive for adjudication and accordingly dismissed the writ petition for the same reasons. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
