ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the official respondents in demolishing the petitioners' shops/mulgies bearing municipal No.251/B admeasuring 77.77 sq. yds. in survey No.89 of Gachibowli Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary. The petitioners sought for a consequential direction to the official respondents not to interfere with their possession over the aforementioned property and the house bearing No.2-50/1, admeasuring 240 sq. yds. situated at the aforesaid Village. At the hearing, it is conceded by the learned counsel for both the parties that this writ petition is connected to W.P.No.15050 of 2014. This Court, today, by a separate order, disposed of the said W.P.No.15050 of 2014 with certain directions.
In view of the above facts, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order, dated 24.11.2015, in W.P.No.15050 of 2014, with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.43341 of 2014 and
