This criminal petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioners/accused seeking grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in complaint bearing No.Nunna PS 201508042108 of Nunna Police Station, Vijayawada Police Commissionerate limits, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A IPC read with Sections 4 and 5 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Heard and perused the material available on record. In view of the fact that the petitioners have filed W.P.No.29593 of 2015 and got stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the notice dated 07.09.2015 issued by the Station House Officer, Nunna Rural P.S., this Court is of the view that there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners at this stage. Hence, the criminal petition is liable to the dismissed. The criminal petition is accordingly dismissed.
