THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.822 OF 2015 ORDER:

This contempt case was filed alleging non-implementation of the order of this Court in W.P.No.17769 of 2006, dated 10.02.2014, along with other writ petitions. The same has been modified by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.304 of 2016.

The contemnor was present on previous occasion and filed an affidavit today stating that the contemnor requires three months time for payment of compensation to the petitioner as ordered by this Court and as modified by the Division Bench.

In view of the reasonable time sought for implementation of the Order, the contempt case is closed and if the order is not implemented within the time sought, it is open to the petitioner to bring it to the notice of this Court for revival of the contempt case.

The contempt case is accordingly closed.
