THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10109 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners - A1 to A3 under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking to grant bail in Crime No.39 of 2015 on the file of Kothacheruvu Police Station, Anantapur District, registered for the offence under Section 324 read with 34 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioners is that they beat the de facto complainant and caused injuries due to some petty dispute. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are falsely implicated in the present case and most part of the investigation is completed and the injured also discharged from the hospital. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

In the circumstances, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the Magistrate concerned on or before 21.10.2015 and on such surrender, they shall be released on bail on their executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with one surety for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate. Further, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Station House Officer concerned, daily at 10 a.m. and at 5 p.m., for a period of (20) days, after receipt of a copy of this order.
