Heard.

The petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.1805 of 2014 on the file of the II Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, for perpetual injunction along with an interlocutory application seeking ad-interim injunction for release of movie "Manikanta Mahimalu".

In the said suit, the 4th respondent herein is said to be a party and contesting the suit and interlocutory application. The present writ petition is filed only for the purpose of restraining the 4th respondent from releasing the movie. As the said issue is the subject matter of the suit aforesaid, the petitioner has to work out his remedies before the competent civil court. With a liberty to take appropriate steps, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
