THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.523 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-A1 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.196 of 2015 on the file of the XII Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Hyderabad, which took cognizance of offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC or to pass any order to meet the ends of justice.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that A2 after obtaining bail has not been attending the Court below. The trial is being delayed.

In view of the circumstances, the learned XII Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, is directed to split up the case against A2. Since the accusation relates to the year 2013, the learned Magistrate shall complete the trial in this case within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
