The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to ID No.296/2001 on the file of the Labour Court, Ananthapur and quash the award dated 18.09.2003 and to pass such other necessary orders.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel, the writ petition is closed.
