Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs the Court that by virtue of the interim orders passed by this Court on 08.03.2013, the Secondary School Certificate has been issued to the petitioner after rectification. Therefore, no further cause would survive for adjudication. Taking the said submission into consideration, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
