Petitioner in person represented that he may be permitted to withdraw this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition with liberty to file fresh O.P. if the Family Court O.P.No.183 of 2014 is restored to its file by the Family Court, Secunderabad without prejudice to the grounds raised in the transfer petition. Hence, the petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
