HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1418 of 2012 ORDER:

This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the orders dated 29.12.2011 in E.A.No.187 of 2011 in E.P.No.146 of 2008 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, at Warangal.

As per the office note, E.P.No.146 of 2008 itself was disposed of on 23.01.2012. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the E.P. was disposed of. He further submitted that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law.

In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the purpose of filing of the revision has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
