CVNR, J & GSP, J Dt:03.8.2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

".... to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the order passed in FA.No.807 of 2006 by Hon'ble A.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad, dated 13.3.2007 as arbitrary, illegal, violative of Constitutional rights guaranteed under Articles-14, 19(1)(g) and 300-A of the Constitution of India and contrary to Comprehensive Crop Insurance Scheme and quash the same."

On 26.7.2018, Mr. G.Praveen Kumar, learned counsel representing the petitioner has submitted that Mr. K.Laxman, learned Assistant Solicitor General, has instructions to appear for the petitioner and requested for an adjournment. Accordingly, we have adjourned the case to today. Today, the same learned counsel who represented the case on 26.7.2018 submitted that he has informed Mr. K.Laxman about the case. But neither Mr. K.Laxman nor any one representing him is present to argue the case. In view of the same, we have no option other than dismissing the Writ Petition for non-prosecution.

CVNR, J & GSP, J Dt:03.8.2018 The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 26.7.2007, in WPMP.No.20141 of 2007 is vacated and WPMP.No.20141 of 2007 is dismissed and WVMP.No.3805 of 2012 is disposed of as infructuous.
