O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that though he made representations on 29.09.2018 and 5.10.2018 to the 2nd respondent - Municipal Corporation, Sangareddy, represented by its Commissioner, alleging that unofficial respondent No.3 is making construction without any permission, no action has been taken. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent - Corporation and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to take into consideration the representations stated to have been made by the petitioner, and if the allegations are found to be true, take necessary action in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after due notice and opportunity to unofficial respondent No.3.
