Heard.

The petitioner states that he has made appropriate application for mutation and grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds under Form-6-A as early as on 2511-2014 and paid requisite fee through E-Seva. The petitioner states that in spite of passage of considerable time, no action is taken by the 4th respondent. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.

Considering that the applications of this nature have to be disposed of within the time frame of 45 days, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application as aforesaid and pass appropriate orders, expeditiously, preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
