This petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused No.2, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.36 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Bhadrachalam Town Police Station, Kothagudem District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.
