THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.92 of 2008 JUDGMENT:

Pursuant to a settlement arrived at between the parties, the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad passed the following award on 11.04.2015. 1) S r i A.V.V.S.N.Murthy, learned counsel for petitioner/ appellant/accused, Sri Mallikarjuna, learned counsel for Vijaya Bank and Sri M.Veera Bhadra Rao, Manager, Vijaya Bank, Tenali, Guntur District are present. The parties also present before the Lok-Adalat.

2) According to the Manager, the entire amount has been deposited by the accused herein. Therefore, they are not interested in pursuing the matter and requested the matter be closed.

3) Accordingly, the Revision stands closed. In view of the award dated 11.04.2015 passed by the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in terms of the award. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the revision shall stand closed.
