ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in relying on a resolution of the Gramsabha passed on 16.7.2013 in respect of Kondamodalu Village, Devipatnam Mandal, East Godavari District, and consequently to declare the said resolution as void.

W.P.M.P.No.35597 of 2015 is filed by the petitioners seeking to withdraw the writ petition on the ground that an agreement was entered into between them and the un-official respondents on 22.06.2017 and in view of the same, they do not want to pursue the present writ petition.

Accordingly, W.P.M.P.No.35597 of 2015 is allowed. Consequently, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
