There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent State placed before this Court, xerox copy of the daily status of C.C.No.144 of 2008 on the file of the Court of II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tenali. A perusal of the said proceedings indicates that a joint memo was filed stating that both the parties have compromised the matter. In the light of the above, no further orders are required in this Criminal Revision Case.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
