HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.1919 of 2020 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of respondent No.3 in renewing the permit of the vehicles bearing Nos TS15UA2162, TS 15 UA 2752, TS 15 UA 2484, TS 15 UA 2488 and TS 15 UA 2395 belongs to the petitioners respectively.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.9570 of 2017, dated 06-04-2017, WP.No.11278 of 2019, dated 1306-2019, WP.No.2974 of 2019, dated 15-02-2019. The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Transport.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the aforesaid orders, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof, directing the respondent-authorities to allow the petitioners forthwith to submit their applications through online for renewal of permit and process the same as expeditiously as possible and complete the testing formalities within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that the respondentauthorities may take action against the petitioners for furnishing the alleged fake addresses and getting their vehicles registered, in accordance with law. It is also made

clear that the petitioners shall comply with all the required formalities for obtaining renewal of permit. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
