Sri M.B.N. Srinivas, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Vedula Venkataramana, learned counsel for the petitioners, represents that the cause in the writ petition does not survive and as such it has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to pursue the remedies available under law as and when new cause of action arises. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. No order as to costs.
