Heard the counsel for revision petitioner and also the 1st respondent - State, represented by learned Public Prosecutor. The respondents 2 and 3 are the accused of Crime No.364 of 2016, endorsed as not necessary parties. 2.

The trial court, by the impugned order dated 03.03.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.130 of 2017, ordered for interim custody of the Tata Van bearing registration No.

AP 02 TC 4882, on execution of self-bond for Rs.15,00,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the trail Magistrate and with other conditions not to alienate etc., and the revision maintained is aggrieved by the said condition of the amount as onerous and also besides self-bond in ordering two sureties of like sum.

Having regard to the above and from the hearing, as the condition to be imposed is just, instead of self-bond with two sureties for each Rs.15,00,000/-, it is ordered by modifying the impugned order, now giving liberty to produce encumbrance certificate and deposit of original title deeds and execution of a bond confirming the deposit of the title deeds in favour of the court and mentioning in the bond of the property created as equitable mortgage in favour of the

court as a security and to keep the vehicle as it is in condition, but for making use will not change either chassis number and engine number or any other attachments to the vehicle including in use also not to transfer the vehicle and to obtain endorsement from the RTA not to transfer the vehicle without any specific permission of the court to comply within one month from date of receipt of the order for release. 4.

Accordingly and with the above direction, this criminal revision case is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
