RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to call for the entire records in Crl.MP No.478 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.B35 of 2018 on the file of the court of V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana State and quash the same as abuse of process of law l.A. NO: 1OF 2020 Petition under Section 482 ot Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition,the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of Judgment daled 2010812018 in C.C.No.131 of 2017 on the file of the Court of ll Special Magistrate, Hastinapuram at L.B.Nagar, R.R.District, without any onerous condition pending disposal of the l.P.No.

64 of 2019 on the file of the court of Principal Senior Civil Judge R.R.District at L.B. Nagar, pending disposal of the above Criminal Petition and pass such other orders as may be deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. This Petition coming on for hearing,upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri RAVI KUMAR VADLAKONDA, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana on behalf of the Respondent No.2 and of Sri.M.V.Hanumantha Rao, Advocate for the Respondent No.'1 .

/ THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.673 OF 2O2O ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner questioning the order dated 25.09.2018 passed in Crl.M.P.No.478 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.83S of 2018 by the V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, whereby the learned Sessions Judge suspended the sentence passed in C.C.No. I3ll2ol7 on the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the trial Court within ten days from the date of the order i.e.25.O9.2O18 by furnishing two sureties of Rs.1O,OO0/-each and also deposit Sok of the cheque amount.

2. The case is coming up for hearing after three years and there are no interim orders which are granted by this Court in this petition.

Since the petition is filed questioning the suspension order which was passed nearly five years ago, I do not find any reason to keep this petition pending.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
