This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 and 2 on 27.06.2017, for grant of anticipatory bail to them in Crime No.23 of 2015 on the file of Paderu Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 403, 409, 420 read with 34 of I.P.C.

The matter underwent as many as nine adjournments from the date of filing of this petition. When this matter was listed on 11.12.2017, as there was no representation for the petitioners, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Even today, despite listing the matter under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners have no interest to pursue this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for default. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
