THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.1821 OF 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner herein, the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents on 11.11.2017, but no action has been taken by the respondents so far on the said representation. Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondents herein to verify and take appropriate action on the said representation.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that if any such representation is pending before the respondents, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken strictly in accordance with law. 3.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits in the matter, directing the respondents to verify the representation, dated 11.11.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
