THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION Nos.23802, 23812 & 23865 OF 2013 COMMON ORDER:

The petitioners concerns in this batch of writ petitions share a common grievance. Hence, all these writ petitions are being disposed of by this common order.

2.

The petitioners concerns are availing power supply from the Southern Power Distribution Company of A.P. Ltd., (S.P.D.C.L.). All the petitioners concerns are aggrieved by the imposition of penalties by the S.P.D.C.L. on their power consumptions pursuant to the Restriction and Control (R&C) measures introduced in the State by the 1st respondent. Hence, the petitioners concerns filed these writ petitions.

3.

Interim orders were granted in all the writ petitions staying disconnection of power supplies to the petitioners concerns by the S.P.D.C.L.

4.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners in these writ petitions, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 fairly submit that the issue involved in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the orders, dated 21.09.2013, of this Court passed in W.P.No.10772 of 2013 and batch. They would further submit that the only difference is that in the said batch of petitions, the Power Distribution Company concerned is the Central Power Distribution Company of Andhra Pradesh

Limited (A.P.C.P.D.C.L.) whereas in the present batch of writ petitions, the Power Distribution Company is S.P.D.C.L. Therefore, a request is made to dispose of these writ petitions in terms of the orders in the above referred batch of writ petitions. 5.

Recording the submissions, these Writ Petitions are disposed of in terms of the directions in the order, dated 21.09.2013, in W.P.No.10772 of 2013 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs.

6.

Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the order in the aforestated batch of writ petitions to this order. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in these writ petitions shall stand closed.
