13.11.2024 BVR,J C.C. No.1838 of 2024 ` Ms. Haritha Kiran, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, placed on record the letter vide Lr. No.F/8534/2019 dated 20.09.2024 addressed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Mahabubnagar to the Municipal Commissioner, Mahabubnagar to comply the interim order dated 23.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P. No.2717 of 2023.

According to the learned Assistant Government Pleader, a requisition has to be placed by the Municipality, Mahabubnagar for acquisition of the land pursuant to the above said interim order dated 23.01.2024.
