THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.1879 of 2019 ORDER:

The petitioner is aggrieved by the alleged inaction on the part of the Tahsildar, Khammam Urban Mandal, Khammam District, in conducting a survey and fixing boundaries in relation to the land admeasuring Ac.0.38 guntas in Survey No.301 of Khanapuram Haveli, Khammam Urban Mandal, Khammam District.

Perusal of the record reflects that a F-line petition was filed by the petitioner recently on 18.01.2019. In terms of the receipt issued to the petitioner, the survey would be undertaken within 45 working days from the requested date.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Khammam Urban Mandal, Khammam District, to take necessary action on the petitioner's F-Line petition dated 18.01.2019 expeditiously and in any event, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
