HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT HYDERABAD FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA AND THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH PRESENT THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT APPEAL No.1136 OF 2015 DATED: 29.12.2015 Between:

K.V.Subbarao ... Appellant and The BAR COUNCIL OF Andhra Pradesh ... Respondent

THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT APPEAL No.1136 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard appellant-in-person and Mr. G.M.Mohiuddin, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.

This appeal is directed against the order, dated 03.12.2015 passed in Writ Petition No.39343 of 2015 whereby learned Single Judge has disposed of the Writ Petition filed by the appellant.

The appellant, in the Writ Petition, sought direction to the respondent i.e. the Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh to complete an enquiry on the appellant's complaint, dated 16.03.2015 within timeframe. The Writ Petition was disposed of by the learned Judge recording the statement of learned Standing Counsel that the respondent will complete the enquiry within particular time.

We are informed and it is not in dispute that the General Body of the State Bar Council has dismissed the complaint since they did not find prima facie case against the advocate against whom the complaint was filed.

In view thereof, nothing further survives in these proceedings.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the appellant to take appropriate remedy, if he so desires and advised against the order passed by the State Bar Council.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
