Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare for respondents 1 to 3. 2.

According to learned counsel for petitioner, aggrieved by the order of Special Deputy Collector, Bhadrachalam, in LTR Case No.74/2017/LDP dated 07.03.2018, petitioner preferred appeal before the Additional Agent to Government and Project Officer, I.T.D.A, at Bhadrachalam on 25.09.2018. But so far the appeal is not considered and appropriate orders are not passed. 3.

If the appeal is received by the 2nd respondent and is pending before him, the 2nd respondent is directed to expedite the hearing of appeal and pass appropriate orders, as warranted by law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that the parties shall be afforded opportunity to present their case and on due consideration of the respective submissions, shall pass appropriate orders. It is also made clear that there is no expression of opinion on the respective submissions and the issue is confined only on delay in disposal of appeal.
