CVNR, J & KVL, J WP.No.1548 of 2018 Dt: 23.01.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of a Habeas Corpus by directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's brother viz., Vishal Laxmichand Lodaya (for short 'the alleged detenu') in the Court and set him at liberty.

At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (TS) submitted that the alleged detenu was arrested on 21-01-2018 in connection with Crime No.11 of 2018 and that he was produced, on 22-01-2018, before the II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, who remanded him to the judicial custody.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner has admitted to the above position.

In view of the same, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
