THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.56 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw O.P.No.33 of 2014 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Nalgonda, and transfer the same to IV Additional District Court - I Additional Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition. She further submitted that the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court on each and every date of adjournment may be dispensed with.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The presence of the petitioner before the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Nalgonda, in connection with O.P.No.33 of 2014 is dispensed with on each and every date of adjournment. However, she shall appear before the trial Court as and when her presence is so required.
