HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1708 OF 2015 ORDER:

On hearing both sides at the admission stage, the following order is passed.

Having regard to the fact that investigation is pending, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, considering the submission of the learned counsel that the petitioners/A3 to A6 are aged persons and some of them are women, the Police of II Town Police Station, Eluru, West Godavari District, are directed not to arrest the petitieonrs/A3 to A6 during the course of investigation.

Petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
