The petitioner who is accused in Crime No.141 of 2015 of Dachepalli Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 354-A and 506 I.P.C. and Sections 11 and 12 of POCSO Act, filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.

The earlier bail application filed by the petitioner - accused was dismissed by this Court. There is no change of circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner - accused.
