THE HON' BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.1948 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "... to pass an order, direction or writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents No.2 to 4 in issuing the Rejection letter vide letter dated 18-10-2018, referring to the draft Master Plan as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, discriminatory and contrary to the provisions of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and the Rules made thereunder and set aside the same, and consequently praying this Hon' ble Court to direct the respondents to grant the building permission for the petitioner's plot, vide Application bearing Building Application No.3006/12803/W48/2018, dated 10-05-2018, and pass such other order or orders as this Hon' ble court may deem fit and proper..."

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader submit that the subject matter of this writ petition is covered by the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.45944 of 2018, dated 18.12.2018.

This Court disposed of the W.P.No.45944 of 2018 by order dated 18.12.2018, with the following direction:

"In view of the orders passed in W.P.No.19897 of 2016, the present writ petition is also disposed of permitting the petitioner to resubmit his application for building permission. Within four weeks from the date on which the petitioner resubmits his application for building permission, the respondents shall consider the same in accordance with law including the provisions of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, and the Rules and Bye-laws made thereunder and take a decision thereupon and communicate it to petitioner. No order as to costs."
